Suite de Noël (Christmas Suite), Official Sheetmusic by Nathan Seiler
I composed this Christmas suite in 7 movements, as one continuous piece. It would suit an intermediate to more advanced performer, from around Grade 5 standard or higher. I think it makes a nice recital piece. (length 4mins, 33secs)
I hope you enjoy playing it!
Movements: 1. Le Réveillon de Noël (Christmas Eve) 2. Marchés de Noël (Christmas Markets) 3. Messe de Minuit (Midnight Mass) 4. Les cadeaux (The gifts) 5. Le jour de Noel (On Christmas Day) 6. Joyeux Noël (Merry Christmas) 7. Bonne année (Happy New Year)
Seasons greetings, Nathan Seiler 🎹❄️⛄️🙏
Suite De Noël (Christmas Suite) Solo piano recording, composed and performed by Nathan Seiler
'Vein Of Gold' is the title track from the 2025 EP.
I have included fingering suggestions to assist with the more intricate passages.
The slings and arrows of life can chip away at us over time. Kitsugi' (meaning "golden repair") is the Japanese art of putting broken items back together with gold, highlighting the imperfections rather than hiding them- beauty in imperfection.
'Vein Of Gold' explores the concept of mending our broken hearts and finding the beauty that dwells within us all. Despite painful moments chipping away at our hearts, we can find healing through new pathways to re-emerge more beautiful than before.

About the 'Vein Of Gold' piece and EP:
The 'Vein Of Gold' is inspired by matters of the heart. The project came about after a sojourn in the beautiful verdant shire of Bellingen, in the hinterland of Coffs Harbour. I stayed in a peaceful retreat called 'The Bellfry' with a stunning view westward, towards 'The Promised Land' mountains. I stayed for a week in Winter. I divided my time between composing in my room, exploring the township and surrounds, with its pristine rivers and rainforests, warming myself by the fire in my favourite restaurant '5 Church Street,' and catching the epic sunsets on the balcony outside my room each day.
All in all, the trip was a journey into my heart, through blessed solitude and an opportunity to appreciate all of God's creation. The completed EP is 6 tracks. I have other pieces in the works inspired by this trip, so I dare say there may be another EP forthcoming, as this trip continues to inspire!
I wrote this one in 2008 and it was released many years later on my debut album- 'Perfect Bliss' in 2020. I set about to write an sweet and innocent piece, to soothe children to sleep. Little did I know at the time- it has become one of my most popular pieces. I hope you will enjoy playing this one!
Best wishes, Nathan
Breathe In, is a positive piano piece about taking time to slow down and appreciate the present moment. Purchase digital sheet music or download the sheet music and audio bundle.
'Winter Waltz' is a solo piano piece, and homage to some of my favourite pianists, spanning from the romantic overtones of Chopin, Debussy's impressionism and Nat King Cole's delicate jazz stylings.
'Beacon' is the title track of the debut album in my 'Pianoscapes By Nathan Seiler' series. It is a fiery solo piano piece, played with gusto and excitement. The 'Beacon' album signifies hope in tumultuous times. In this piece, waves are mercilessly and relentlessly thrashing against the rocks. The hero of our story- A lone lighthouse keeper faithfully keeps a beacon of light blazing. The light cuts through the stormy night, warning the wary seafarers of impending doom awaiting them. The piece sounds contemporary, but with a fanfare quality, and would suit a concert piece, eisteddfod or piano exam of around 5th or 6th grade standard.
'Dancing To Remember' is a solo piano piece from the 'Beacon' album. A romantic waltz, with 'Chopinesque' overtones, this piece would suit a recital, eisteddfod or piano exam of around 5th or 6th grade standard.
'Lullaby For Maegen' is from the 'Beacon' album. It is a piece I wrote for my daughter, for her to always feel safe and sleep peacefully. It is a sweet sounding piece for solo piano, with lovely lush but delicate chords. It reminds me of old movies I watched as a child. My favourite part is the ending, that I made to sound like a wind-up music box.
'Petite Waltz In E Minor' is from the 'Beacon' album. It is a short, whimsical piece, and fun to play. It is suitable for a student transitioning into an intermediate level pieces, around 2nd and 3rd grade standard.
